Daily Internet 2/18/15

I’ve been failing at doing this daily, but here goes…

MOCs:

Coyote Hot Rod

_zenn has really put some love into this little hot rod.

Freighters in the Coalition

These amazingly detailed microscale ships might not be buildable, but can certainly appreciate Awesome O’saurus‘ work.

Bonsai Tree

Pascal is in fine form with this handsome little bonsai. It’s got me rethinking brick built foliage.

Andromeda

This sleek ship by SweStar is what ships are all about.

JACKSTONE MECHA C-2

I might have missed the Jack Stone era, but I can certainly appreciate this walker by nobu_tary.

My Micro dark red ranch style home.

I think some liberties have been taken with regards to scale, but David Costa‘s micropolis builds never fail to impress.

MOCs:

TDG - Prototype Walker Mech

This monochromatic mech is an interesting experiment from Devid VII. I’m not sure that it couldn’t be improved with some color, but the intricacy is impressive.

HF - GOLIATH

Lu Sim has been churning out some great mecha lately and this heavy looks to be bringing some serious ordinance.

MOCs:

RG-101

Dasnewton is back with a great heavy starfighter.

The Maiden of Tarth

Pascal has already taken advantage of the breakdown that dasnewton provided to build his own copy.

And then there were two

These little guys were built as part of the trophies for Cory Janssen‘s MechApocalypse ’47 event at BricksCascade 2015.

DSC02531w

There have already been a lot interpretations of Interstellar, but this one by jp_velociraptor is amazing.

Blue Train

Galaktek seems to have gotten carried away with his table scraps and wound up with this evocative train vignette.

MTR Mountain Top Removal

It took me a moment for the scale of this scene to settle in. Mike Doyle‘s mountaintop removal MOC is as gorgeous and a bit terrifying.

"Desert Demon" AI Assault platform

I’ve been working a tank myself lately, and this handsome little devil by Rancorbait is kick-ass!

Daily Internet 1/24/15

MOCs:

Vulture

Spac13‘s Vulture is a lovely, boxy monster that I’m definitely feeling.

Lord of White Harbor - complete

Dasnewton has given a detailed breakdown for building your own version of this intricate ship.

Space Invader

Another of pascal‘s understated builds. I really like the use of anti-studs here.

DSC_0270

Who doesn’t love themselves a little space wild west action? Built by Shannon Sproule.

MOCs:

M10 Fury

I’m loving the use of gears on this little mecha by Marco Marozzi!

Geflugelter Panzer

ska2d2 has built another great diespunk flyer.

F-06 SkyRazor

The brick-built striping and all those engine details! A great fighter by Sylon-tw.

UPベース20150120

zi zy is the master of these little mecha, constantly innovative and surprising. I love the tracked heels!

Digueta IWM Type D68 Mark II_D173

What a great crab-like mecha here by Benjamin Cheh Creations.

Schwarze Feuer

Lu Sim really knocked it out of the park with this menacing black mecha. The translucent flourescent orange highlights really work!

SW - MESSER02BF

I mean, just look at those awesome swords!

Daily Internet 1/18/15

MOCs:

PE-003 HOUND

Moko‘s latest mech is full of crunchy detail!

FTW

Another ska2d2‘s dieselpunk flying machines, this time in a racing red.

Generic Infantry Twank

Just the essence of a walking tank, nicely distilled by P. B.

MAERSK Automated Transport

A sweet microscale space freighter from Shannon.

Miniature Golf

It’s the latest Iron Builder entry from Nannan and I love the muted tones and mini-golf!

MOCs:

Actually a few days worth, but I’ve been busy…

Catamaran

I love the stripped down simplicity of this microscale catamaran by TenorPenny.

Sheng

I don’t know where 62778grenouile is going with this scene, but the use of unusual textures is wonderful (check out the backside of those baseplates).

LEGO Bosco Verticale Side View

I’m a huge fan of vertical greenspaces and this one has been beautifully rendered by Jesper Girl.

STARS ☺

Simon Liu has mixed TARS and Smile Space and everything about it is right.

Havik-class Katana Drone "Furno"

This is just about the platonic ideal of Droneuary: tiny, greebly, and all business. Expertly built by Titolian.
