Nannan Zhang is using a clever palette to evoke the colors of an unseen sky in this build. The building itself is a beautiful, clean build, recalling all Westerns of my youth.
Drone 1 by Spac13
Spac13 has managed a wonderful amount of texture and detail on this autonomous space ship. The limited palette is nicely balanced with the complex use of modified plates and slopes.
City Block (Micropolis) by Tammo S.
Check out this fantastic block of European style apartment buildings by Tammo S. I love seeing this kind of urban fabric build in Micropolis, where layouts often don’t have the organic feel of a living city.
Nissan 690ZH by timhenderson73
There’s a whole gang of hover cars on flickr right now, but this sleek yellow model by timhenderson73 caught my eye. The fastback styling is superb.
Pollaxe anti-tank vehicle by Sunder_59
This amazingly rendered tank is just screaming to be built. Sunder_59 has used a number of elegant techniques that I can’t wait to adapt myself!
Gamera Class Destroyer by P. B.
The clean sensibilities of this build really work with its absurd whimsy. Check out all the sweet details that P. B. packed in!
Player 1 Brickhead by jp_velociraptor
They may not be for everyone, but the wealth of creative Brickheadz continually amazes me. This deceptively simple build by jp_velociraptor has some cool features. Click through to check them out!
Special Operators and ARD-1 by Devid VII
Devid VII has such a tightly defined style, a consistant, gritty, near-future world. I love seeing all the mech permutations that he turns out and these operators and support drone are no exception.
Greek Port City by Olivier Lego
This is an older build and sadly Olivier Lego doesn’t seem to be active anymore, but I can’t help but share this microscale build. The limited palette is perfect for the complex texture, instantly readable as classical architecture.
1981 Suzuki Carry by Senator Chinchilla
Having spent a formative year of my life in Japan, I have a fond place in my heart for the tiny trucks and vans made for their domestic market. I’m not sure what Senator Chinchilla‘s connection is, but they built a lovely little van.
